Elly May Clampett Files Lawsuit Against Mattell Inc.

The actress who played Elly May Clampett from "The Beverly Hillbillies" has filed a lawsuit in Baton Rouge against Mattell Inc, claiming they used her name and likeness without her permission for a Barbie doll. The suit says the Elly May Barbie doll features a photo of Donna Douglas but Douglas says she never endorsed the doll.
