Eunice Man Faces Child Porn Charges

A Eunice man is behind bars on charges of child porn. Attorney General Buddy Caldwell says Scott Nicholas Martel was arrested Friday. The arrest was made after a joint investigation involving the AG's High Tech Crime Unit; the Baton Rouge Constable's Office; the Fergus County, Montana Sheriff's Department; and the Eunice Police Department. If convicted, Martel could face up to ten years in prison.
