‘Fall Back’ This Sunday
I read somewhere that Benjamin Franklin once proposed daylight savings time as a joke. I don't know how true that is. Wikipedia says it was proposed in 1895 by George Vernon Hudson, & first implemented in Europe in 1916. Since anyone can add, or edit Wikipedia entries, I'm not sure I trust that, either.
Some people love it. Some hate it. I don't usually have to be at work in the early morning, so I love it. My colleague Debbie Ray hates it. Whatever your feelings on the subject, it's time to "Fall Back." Sunday morning, 2am will become 1am. Set your clocks back one hour before you go to bed. I always leave one clock unchanged, so I'll know I did it (Not a morning person). Enjoy the extra hour of sleep!
