Firearms Friday – Now Is A Great Time To Buy An AR

This week on 'Firearms Friday' Glenn Fleming joined Dr. John Sutherlin and Ken Romero to discuss among other things:

• We started Firearms Friday with a safety tip as usual. Keeping it real simple Glenn said,

I know not everyone has common sense but here's a rule of thumb; if it seems stupid it probably is.

As Dr. John put it,

Common sense is like deodorant. The people who need it the most never use it.

We had heard that this was a good time to buy an AR type rifle and asked this was true. According to Glenn,

If you're in the market for one now is the time. There was a great big panic with everyone thinking they would be banned. Everybody went out and bought them for $2,000 or $3,000, stupid prices. Right now those prices have come way down. You can get them real cheap. If you're in the market for a 5.56 AR, now is the time.
