Alexis Bloomer has gone viral for her "apology" on behalf of all millennials—but is her video the most millennial thing ever?

Bloomer apologized to her "elders" as she threw her peers under the bus for their sense of entitlement, their "obscene" music—and of course it wouldn't be a solid rip on millennials without bringing up the popularity of the Kardashians.

Naturally, the Texas millennial wasn't talking about herself (her parents raised her better than that, duh) as she read her scripted rant into the camera of her perfectly mounted smartphone with the sole purpose of sharing it on her social media pages with every intent to spark reaction.

In the video that has been viewed over 40 million times, she criticizes millennials for being self-entitled, but almost contradicts herself right out of the gate.

as a millennial, I took it upon myself to evaluate what’s so wrong with our generation and why they’re so mad at us.

Bloomer goes on to make a few valid points, but then contradicts herself again.

Our idea of standing up for something we believe in means going on Facebook and posting a status with your opinion.

Did she forget that she was standing up for something in a video that she posted to Facebook? I guess we should just ignore that?

Don't get me wrong, anyone with the internet knows that we are not perfect human beings, and every generation can "do better"—but is it really fair to blame millennials for the divide in our country and just about everything that is "wrong" with society?

Again, it's not fair for me to give Bloomer a hard time without saying that she brings up a lot of very valid points, but she may not even realize the problem with her video is that she is basically excluding herself when she makes (very generalized) observations about her fellow millennials.

The pandering is very apparent, as many have described her as a "future Fox News talking head" or a "wanna be Tomi Lahren."

Based on her latest Facebook update, those people may have hit the nail on the head.

What do you think?
