Governor Jindal Warns Residents Not To Wait To Evacuate

Governor Bobby Jindal says flood-prone residents should not wait until official notification of the opening of the Morganza Spillway to evacuate their homes.  Governor Jindal made the announcement at his press conference late this afternoon.  Jindal also says door to door searches and rescues will be underway.
