THIBODAUX, La. (AP) — A Lafourche Parish grand jury has decided there is too little evidence to indict two men in the 2006 shooting death of a Thibodaux bar owner.

The Daily Comet reports (http://bit.ly/M7f9Iq ) that 34-year-old Joey Folse of Thibodaux was released after Tuesday's decision by the grand jury. Another man booked in the case, 26-year William Bryant of Thibodaux, remains in custody at Angola on other charges.

Sheriff Craig Webre says the case remains open, and the investigation will continue into the death of bar owner and married father of four Bruce Williams. The 41-year-old Williams was fatally shot in May 2006 in Thibodaux.
