Topics on today's edition of "Winging it Wednesday" included discussion of the sexual harrasment claims against presidential candidate Herman Cain, and protesters in Tennessee being allowed to protest again.

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain continues to deny claims of sexual harassment. On Monday, Cain spoke at the National Press Club in response to an article in Politico. He called the allegations "totally baseless and totally false." He denied he ever engaged in sexual harassment of female employees of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s.

A federal judge is ordering the State of Tennessee to stop arresting Occupy Nashville protesters. The judge's temporary restraining order prevents the state from busting protesters at Legislative Plaza. The American Civil Liberties Union and local attorneys filed a lawsuit over alleged free speech violations.
