WASHINGTON (AP) — House Democrats are considering a boycott of the select committee Republicans are expected to convene on the deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya.

A vote is expected this afternoon to formally approve the investigation.

Speaker John Boehner (BAY'-nur) vows it will be "all about getting to the truth" of the Obama administration's response to the attack.

Democrats have likened it to a "kangaroo court," expressing concerns over the scope and composition of the select committee.
