Hwy. 104 Crash

A two car crash early last night on highway 104 in St. Landry Parish killed one person and injured seven others.

  Troopers say 40-year-old Casey Olivier of Opelousas died at the scene of the crash.  An investigation found that the accident was triggered when Olivier's car ran into the rear of another car, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and slam into a ditch embankment.
