Though it doesn't travel nearly as fast or get as much coverage, there is great news out there that reminds us that human beings are truly good at heart.

When a guard at a prison in Parker County, TX collapsed from a heart attack, several shackled inmates broke out of a small holding room and alerted other guards. The guards called EMTs, who were able to save the fallen guard's life with CPR.

When asked why they helped the guard, one of the inmates, Nick Kelton, replied: 'That's a good man. I wanted to save his life.'
