Shreveport Police Arrest Man for Flashing and Grabbing Woman
On October 21, 2024, officers with the Shreveport Police Department were dispatched to 3655 Hollywood Ave in response to a report of sexual battery.
Upon arrival, the complainant informed officers that she had stopped at the Mini Mart to get gas. As she was walking towards the store, she noticed a man, later identified as Kenneth Brown, standing outside. The complainant stated that Brown asked for a hug, and after she refused, he exposed himself by lifting his shirt and revealing his genitals.
The complainant further reported that Brown began walking towards her with his genitals exposed, attempting to hug her. As she ran into the store, Brown grabbed her buttocks.
Officers were able to locate and arrest Kenneth Brown shortly after the incident. He was charged with Obscenity and Sexual Battery.
