(Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - Another coach has been fired at LSU, and this time it's the offensive coordinator.

Joe Sloan has been fired, just a day after Head Coach Brian Kelly was let go by the university.

LSU's offense has struggled all year, and many have pointed the finger at the man in charge; now, he, too, is without a job. Sloan, in his fourth season with the Tigers, joined the LSU staff in 2022 as quarterbacks coach.

Sloan did have some early success at LSU while working with players like Jayden Daniels, wide receivers Malik Nabers, and Brian Thomas. Since then, the offense at LSU has struggled to keep up, and now it appears LSU is starting over.

Here's a video of Slaon leaving LSU Football Ops Sunday evening after Brian Kelly notified the team that he had been fired..

LOOKS: Things You'd Find in Your Grandpa's Garage

Adventures were plentiful in the domain of your family's patriarch who saw no use for rules - unless he was the one making them. From rusty tools to a stack of filthy magazines, Grandpa's garage was a land of mystery and danger.
