Louisiana Law Enforcement Need Help Locating Local Man
Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert for a Louisiana man who left his home Monday evening to go to get a bite to eat in Lafayette, but he has not returned. Louisiana State Police Troop I officials are asking for help in finding 68-year-old Robert Henson.
According to officials, the man left his home on Elmwood Drive in Broadmoor to drive up the front of the subdivision to get food from a fast-food restaurant.
Family members have shared with Troop I officials that Henson does suffer from a medical condition that might have an impact on his decision-making ability.
The man was last seen driving his truck which is a blue Dodge Dakota with the license plate tag of Z281633. The truck is a 2008 model.
What You Should Do If You Spot Henson?
Louisiana State Police say there is some evidence, based on the man's banking transactions, that he could have driven to the Kenner area.
If you know anything about Mr. Henson you are asked to call the Lafayette Police Department by calling 337-486-4893.
If you prefer, you can call 911 if you see him or know anything about what might have happened to him.
Mr. Henson has been described by State Police as a black male who is six feet, 5 inches tall, and he weighs about 180 pounds.
The man was last seen wearing a white T-shirt along with a pair of blue jeans. He was wearing grey tennis shoes. He also had a tan jacket with him.
He has grey hair along with brown eyes.
