Louisiana Man Has Hilarious Explanation on How He Got to Vegas to Watch LSU
LSU Tiger fans flocked to Las Vegas to watch the LSU Tigers take on the USC Trojans and one Mamou, Louisiana man had a hilarious response on how he got to the game.
Fans from the south flooded airports to get to Vegas and while being interviewed on television, Chet Matcantell noted just how expensive it was to get an airplane ticket.
The Tiger fan told the reporter that he canceled his car insurance to purchase the ticket and wouldn't need the insurance while in Las Vegas because he wouldn't be driving. Of course, he was joking, but it made for a great laugh on air and social media.
According to several reports from Las Vega, Tiger fans outnumbered Trojans fans 70 to 30, but that didn't matter because USC was able to pull off the win.
Now, the Tigers have to find a way to rebound after the loss and this Mamou man has to reactivate his insurance when he returns home---ok, that was just a joke too.
LSU's next game is in Tiger Stadium against Nichols on Saturday, September 7.
