After losing to the Carolina Panthers, the New Orleans Saints have decided to part ways with Head Coach Dennis Allen.

According to Adam Schefter the Saints organization has fired Coach Allen after losing seven straight games.

As head coach of the Saints, Allen's record was just 18-25, which led many fans to call for his dismissal after this rough stretch of games for New Orleans.

Schefter reports that the Saints are naming special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi as the interim head coach.

This is a developing story and we will have more here.
