Louisiana Costco Fans, You Could Earn $1,000 Just for Sampling Their Gameday Snacks
If you love Costco and love eating tailgating-type foods, then here is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
Ahead of the Big Game in New Orleans next month, the folks at FinanceBuzz are looking for someone to become its official "Sideline Sampler" and try a bunch of gameday snacks from Costco and get paid for it.
What is required of the Sideline Sampler?
According to FinanceBuzz, one chosen applicant will be given a $500 Costco gift card to fund the assignment. That task will include taste-testing some 20 frozen or prepared party foods from Costco.
The Sampler will taste items like chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and potstickers, and then give the foods a rating across several criteria, including ease of preparation and taste.
The Sampler will also be asked to provide brief descriptions of their experiences preparing and eating the foods, data which FinanceBuzz will share.
What are the requirements for being selected as the Sideline Sampler?
Applicants must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Based in the U.S.
- Must have access to a Costco membership
- Must live near enough to a Costco location that you're able to shop in person
