Scooby-Doo Wanted By Police in Connection with Break-In
(KMDL-FM) When it comes to fighting crimes, there may be no more trusted figure, at least in the minds of those of us who grew up in the 70s and 80s, than Scooby-Doo. Scooby, along with his crime-fighting band of "meddling kids," has been solving mysteries and crimes since most of us were a lot younger.
But now it appears as though Scooby himself might be implicated in some nefarious behavior. Okay, based on the surveillance pictures provided by police, we can confirm it's not THE Scooby-Doo but merely an impostor.

I am sure you're asking yourself, who in their right mind would dress up as a cartoon dog in order to commit a crime? If you guessed, "probably somebody from Alabama," then you'd be correct. In fact, the story was brought to our attention in a social media post from the Tuscaloosa, Alabama, police department.
Where is Scooby-Doo Wanted by the Police?
According to Tuscaloosa PD, "Scooby" entered the Quick Stop in Duncanville, Alabama, shortly before 4 am on Sunday morning. It appears as though he wasn't looking for Scooby Snacks; instead, he was hunting cold, hard cash.
What Was the Name of Scooby-Doo's Van?
As you might imagine, the comments on social media are what really make the story. I think we are all waiting on that brightly colored Mystery Machine Van to come pulling into the parking lot to get this one solved.

And in keeping with the consistency of the Scooby-Doo narrative, there will be an unmasking once the bad guy is caught, and it looks like it's up to "us" to be the meddling kids to help the police get their man, or dog, or whatever that is.
