Feds Sending Out $1,776 Warrior Dividend Checks – Here’s Who Gets Them
(KMDL-FM) Stop us if you've heard this before, but the federal government has gone on record as saying it would like to send "we the people" a check. I know that news does have an oddly familiar ring to it, especially after the past six weeks or so, where it seems as if almost every week there was news of a stipend, stimulus, support, dividend, or some other kind of check heading to the American people.
Probably the most prominently mentioned remittance for the American people that has gotten the most attention has been the Tariff Dividend proposal. That's actually been proposed in a couple of ways. President Trump has mentioned the stipend on more than one occasion.

And just last week, there was another "Federal Government wants to send you money" story that broke about plans for the United States Government to deposit $1,500 in healthcare savings accounts for certain Americans. This money would be in a healthcare savings account. Congress was supposed to vote on the issue last week.

Now that we've reviewed most of the previous attempts by the government to send us money, here is what we found out about the Warrior Dividend that was first brought to light during President Trump's speech to the nation last night.
What is the Warrior Dividend and Who Qualifies For the $1,776?
The President said $1,776 in bonus money was already on its way to the pay envelopes of American servicemen and women. It is estimated that some 1.45 million service members will receive the additional money before Christmas. The President said the funds for the program were generated by recent changes in tariffs that the Trump Administration put into place earlier this year.
No doubt the extra money will come in handy with the holiday season at hand, of course, many Americans are finding this time of year tough economically. If that's you, perhaps we can help you find some ways to save money and still celebrate the season.
