The North Vermilion Youth Athletic Association (NVYAA) is calling on the community for help in identifying individuals who recently vandalized their fields.

The park, which serves as a vital hub for NVYAA sports activities, suffered extensive damage when unknown perpetrators drove a truck and an ATV through the soccer fields, leaving deep ruts in their wake.

The NVYAA is an organization that strives to provide affordable sports opportunities to children in the community. Without external funding, they rely on registration fees and fundraising efforts to maintain the park and its facilities. Any remaining funds are reinvested back into the park to enhance the experience for all participants.
