This is definitely one of the viral moments where it is hard to say if it's staged or not. Instead of wasting your time trying to figure out if the 'hammock guy' really thinks he's not doing anything wrong, just enjoy the fact that he really is in a hammock on a public city bus.

While some people online think its a skit, people who live in big cities like New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, say they wouldn't be surprised if this guy really was just trying to nap in his hammock on the bus.
