Viva La Waffle was one of the first food trucks in Lafayette in 2011, and now they have a brick-and-mortar where they are still serving up delicious waffle sandwiches. They have a Viva La Waffle for every taste bud; from savory to sweet, they made sure to cover all of their bases with the Hot Hot and classics like the Nana Nutella.

They are now serving Reve Coffee, so you can slide through their drive-through and grab a coffee and your favorite waffle sandwich while on the go.
