KPEL Candidate Series Starts Monday Morning

KPEL is staffing up and doing all the research so you can be informed when you head to the polls this fall. With the legal fight over parish and city precincts still ongoing, the council candidates are essentially in a holding pattern.

But that hasn't stopped four candidates to announce they will run for Mayor-President in the fall election. We will start the KPEL Candidate Series on Monday, June 17th with Nancy Marcotte. Simone Champagne will join us on Tuesday and Carlee Alm-Labar will be on the show on Wednesday. Josh Guillory will join us on Friday. There could be additional candidates to announce before the first week of August and we will interview them as well.
