Lafayette ATM Vandal Arrested

Lafayette Police Department Detectives have arrested the suspect responsible for damaging two ATM machines in Lafayette within the last two weeks. Aaron Goodwin, 18, of Lafayette, was charged with two counts of felony simple criminal damage to property for attempting to break into the ATMs with apparently what was identified as a torch. Goodwin, who was captured on surveillance video, was identified from a tip through Crime Stoppers.
