Lafayette Parish Road/Lane Closures For Week Of March 29

There will be a couple of lane closures happening in Broussard during the week of March 29.

On Sunday, March 29, the left lane of U.S. 90 West (northbound), at the railroad overpass in Broussard, will be closed to drivers from 7 a.m. to noon. Alternate routes will include La. 89, La. 182, La. 352 and La. 31.

This road work is part of the widening project designed to make U.S. 90 to six lanes from Albertson Parkway to north of the Ambassador Caffery intersection.

On Tuesday, March 31, there will be alternating lane closures in the east and westbound directions on U.S. 90 at the Billeaud Overpass from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Alternate routes will include La. 89, La. 182, La. 352 and La. 31.

This work is a part of routine bridge inspections.
