Lafayette Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying iPad Theft Suspect
The Lafayette Crime Stoppers and the Lafayette Police Department are seeking assistance from the public in identifying a suspect involved in a theft at a local Best Buy.
On July 5, at approximately 2:00 PM, an unidentified Asian male entered the Best Buy store located at 5627 Ambassador Caffery Parkway. The suspect proceeded to remove an iPad 13 Pro, valued at $1,300, from one of the displays. The individual managed to cut the security cable securing the device before exiting the premises.
Lafayette Crime Stoppers and the Lafayette Police Department have released an image of the suspect in hopes that someone in the community can provide information leading to his identification.
