Lafayette Regional Airport Terminal Evacuated

A "suspicious device" has been detected at the Lafayette Regional Airport, causing airport authorities to evacuate the terminal. Aviation Dir. Greg Roberts says the Transportation Security Administration detected an unidentified object that needed further detection. Only the terminal area is evacuated. The airport is open, and Roberts says anyone with a scheduled flight should show up but may experience delays.
