The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality has accused Deidre Lavan of allegedly storing 70,000 gallons of grease and septic tank waste without a permit.

The DEQ executed a search warrant to search her property and found nine storage tanks filled with the materials. She apparently used her tank truck equipment, and the business name of Lavan Tank Service, to transport the materials from area residences and business and stored them on her property.

As it turns out, Lavan was convicted with similar crimes, illegal dumping, back in 2006. She even violated an agreement made from her previous conviction in which she agreed to never deal in the commercial sewage, waste, or disposal business anymore.

Her current accusations could net her $25,000 in fines and/or a max of one year in prison.
