Legal Lis Says Gun Control To Be Decided By Supreme Court

Fox Legal Analyst "Legal Lis" Wiehl visited 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today and discussed a gun control issue facing the country that may be decided by the Supreme court.

Wiehl said,

The Supreme Court may be looking at whether or not people have a right to armed in public.  This comes from a Federal appearls court in Chicago striking down a ban on carrying concealed weapons.  Marry that case with others where the courts said the exact opposite and it's ripe for the Supreme Court to decide if people have the right to be armed.

Wiehl went on to say,

Will this go to the Supreme Court more quickly because of what happened in Connecticut?  I don't think the Supreme Court will ever admit that but I've got to believe that it will.
