BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Four of the subcontractors that helped build L'Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge have filed liens against the property, claiming they haven't been paid for more than $3 million worth of work.

The Advocate reports the liens were filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish clerk of court. The subcontractors and the lien amounts are Kostmayer Construction LLC, $2.3 million; Roswell Drywall LLC, $618,115; Casey Civil LLC, $87,169; and Master Vac Industrial Services LLC, $33,562.

In addition, Roswell Drywall has filed a lawsuit in 19th Judicial District Court against L'Auberge's owner Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. and Manhattan Construction Co., the general contractor on the project.

Pinnacle referred questions to Manhattan. The newspaper says Manhattan officials could not be reached for comment.

L'Auberge's $368 million entertainment complex opened Sept. 1.
