Lockdown Lifted After Mental Patient Goes Missing In Lafayette

A lockdown placed on two Lafayette schools has been lifted.

Corporal Karl Ratcliffe with Lafayette Police says S.J. Montgomery Elementary and Lafayette High School were each on a brief lockdown after a patient from the Tyler Mental Health Center went missing.

He says the patient was found and the lockdown has been lifted.
