The Louisiana Department of Health is reporting 2,746 cases of COVID-19 throughout the State, 112 of those in Acadiana.

As of Friday, March 27, the 12 pm update reports 119 people have died in Louisiana from COVID-19 (coronavirus).

St. Martin Parish has reported three deaths from coronavirus.

According to Johns Hopkins, the total number of recovered cases across the U.S. is 812. Their data currently shows there are no recovered cases of COVID-19 in Louisiana being reported at this time.

Below is the Acadiana breakdown of cases reported by Parish.

Lafayette - 44 cases
Calcasieu - 22 cases, 1 death
St. Martin- 11 cases, 3 deaths
St. Landry - 10 cases
Acadia - 8 cases, 1 death
St. Mary- 6 cases

Evangeline - 4 cases
Iberia - 4 cases
Vermilion - 2 cases
Jeff Davis - 1 case

Louisiana is reporting cases in 54 of 64 Parishes.
