Louisiana Rates The Saddest State In The Nation

According to Twitter, one of the saddest states in the nation, in fact, the saddest state in the nation is Louisiana.  That is all based on the number of happy and sad tweets.  They tracked words that included a list of happy words, not so happy words and curse words.
