Man Accused Of Raping Woman Over Two-Year Period

Authorities arrest a 51-year-old Napoleonville man for allegedly raping a mentally retarded woman on several occassions over the last couple of years. Assumption Sheriff Mike Waguespack says Kenneth Falgoust and the victim lived in the same household. He says the sexual abuse almost led to the victim committing suicide. Waguespack says Falgoust is also facing pandering charges. Waguespack says they expect to make at least one more arrest in this case. The sheriff says even though the victim is mentally retarded, there's no reason to believe the story she told investigators is made up.
