Man Does $600 ‘Dine & Dash’ At Seafood Restaurant

When I was a kid, my parents made me wait an hour before I could go swimming after a meal.

A man recently devoured over $600 worth of seafood and alcoholic beverages at an Australian restaurant, then ran down the beach and tried to swim away. ABC reports, 33 year old Terry Peck consumed 2 lobsters, 17 oyster vodka shots, multiple beers, and a baby octopus, racking up a tab of $621.00.

Police chased him down on a Jet Ski. Peck claimed the Omeros Brothers Restaurant owed him an apology because the oysters were "overcooked." He's scheduled to appear in court on May 4th.
