Final Decision Soon On Morganza Spillway

The Mississippi River Commission is expected to announce when the Morganza Spillway will be opened within the next 24 hours.  The opening of the Morganza Spillway is expected to nearly double already predicted flood levels for Morgan City.  Officials said last week they expected it to be open by Thursday.
