The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration reports more dead dolphins are washing ashore in Louisiana. Spokesperson Karrie Carnes says there has been an increase in dead or stranded dolphins in the northern gulf of Mexico since February 2010. She says the majority of those stranded have died.  Some had oil on their bodies; oil identified as having come from the BP well spill. However, Carnes says oil has not been ruled as contributing to the animals' deaths. She says necropsies are underway to make that determination.
