Christmas Bonuses On The Decline

If you didn't get a Christmas bonus this year, you aren't alone. A new survey shows that 40 percent of firms do not give Christmas bonuses, which is up from 28 percent since 2007.

The survey, which was conducted by Challenger Grey & Christmas, found that companies are giving to the top performing employees that they wish to keep.
