Oil Spill Administrator Offers Quick Alternative For Claimants

The administrator of a $20 billion fund paying damages from the Gulf oil spill says claimants who want a quick resolution can opt for a one-time payment of $5,000 for individuals and as much as $25,000 for businesses, but have to give up their right to sue BP.  Kenneth Feinberg says those choosing the new option would receive payment
within two weeks.
