Pope Gives Final Advice On Chemical Day

Lafayette's Environmental Manager Mark Pope joined The Morning Report for a few minutes today to tell listener's about who qualifies for a free chemical disposal day at Cajun Field tomorrow.  Pope reminds folks that there are only certain citizens that can drop off their unwanted items.

Pope says that in order to drop off things like insecticide and old paint you must be a resident of the City of Lafayette or the unincorporated areas of the parish.  Pope says workers are required to check residential status in order ot let you drop items off.  He gives an idea of what items they will be accpeting.
