Ragin’ Cajuns Football Players Attending Sun Belt Media Day
Can you smell that? Football is beginning to creep back into the air and it's the most wonderful time of the year. One week from today we'll be wetting our football whistles with Sun Belt Media Day featuring all the football programs from New Orleans.
This will be head coach Billy Napier's second go around and this season he's bringing two new faces to represent the program from the team.
This season coach Napier will be bringing red-shirt seniors wide receiver Jarrod 'Bam' Jackson and defensive back Deuce Wallace.
Last season for the Cajuns Jackson played in 14 games, hauling in 19 catches for 325 yards while scoring four touchdowns.
Wallace also played in 14 games last season and recorded 40 tackles, 29 solo and 11 assisted. In addition, he accounted for three tackles for loss, one interception, three passes defended, a forced fumble, and a sack.
Make sure to tune into The Starting Lineup with Cody and Steve (7-9a) and Birds Eye View with Jay Walker (3p) live from Media Day on Monday with coverage of the Ragin' Cajuns.
