Redistricting Special Session

State lawmakers return to the State Capitol today for the final three days of a special session on redistricting.  It's an exercise required following population shifts identified in the 2010 Census.  While it appears that new political boundaries for Louisiana House and Senate seats will be finalized, the redistricting of Congressional seats may not.
