Scott Man Faces Numerous Charges Involving Juvenile

21 year old Austin Bennett of Scott is arrested, faces numerous charges. A 16 year old girl's mother called Scott Police reporting her daughter had been raped so an investigation was initiated that led to various charges. It's alleged that Bennett and the girl had an 8 month relationship that was unknown to the mother. A search of Bennett's home uncovered a cell phone with explicit photos of the victim and drug paraphernalia. Bennett was booked with forcible rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple battery, false imprisonment, possession of drug paraphernalia and pornography involving a juvenile.
