Students Escape Injury In School Bus Crash

Five students from Cecil Picard Elementary school and the driver on a Vermilion Parish school bus escaped injury Monday afternoon in a collision with a car driven by a 17-year-old female.  The teen driver suffered minor injuries.  Police say she failed to yield at a stop sign and was ticketed for the violation that occurred near Maurice on Etienne Street at Pressley Road.
