Bayou Teche Brewing has taken these flavors and used them to create the newest in a recent boom of breakfast-favored stouts: the Cajun Breakfast Stout.

There's a special first pour event set for this Saturday at the brewery in Arnaudville.

The Acadiana brewery, though small, is getting big upgrades to crank out more brew.
