Louisiana families that receive SNAP Benefits might soon notice their purchasing power has changed and some items will no longer be included under the program.

All EBT cardholders are being advised to take immediate action to protect their accounts after skimming devices were detected at multiple retail stores across Louisiana.

Louisiana law enforcement officials are working to stop the surge in card skimmer thefts. Sheriff's deputies have made arrests.

I certainly hope someone in the State Legislature will wake up.
