As rumors surfaced this week surrounding a proposed closure of Paul Breaux Middle School, an LPSS press release seemed to shed light on some of the concerns.

Dedicated Teacher and community volunteer Angela Boxie is Louisiana's Milken Educator of the year. She is the prestigious award's first winner from Lafayette Parish.
