FDA Recall

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration wants dog owners to be made aware of a treat recall that could be harmful to their pets. These particular treats are being recalled because they may contain metal in some form.

Ice Cream being recalled at the peak of summer in Louisiana is certainly not music to anyone's ears. It is crucial that consumers stay informed in the event that recalled products are accidentally left on shelves in stores or at home in their freezers.

Louisiana is one of 21 states affected by a food item recall issued by the FDA. Once again, salmonella has contaminated a popular sweet treat that many families probably have in their refrigerators right now.

Louisiana and 17 other states are dealing with a serious recall involving a manufacturer who makes dozens of popular products sold in Target and Walmart.

Louisiana is one of 44 states where an applesauce recall is in effect after reports of children becoming ill after consumption.

When reaching for a drink to cool off this summer, avoid the beverages listed below. In 2024 the FDA recalled 28 beverages so far this year.

Check the bottom of the bag for a Best By Date of March 4th, 2025, and a Lot code reading 410B2TXT02. While only 315 bags of the dog food are being recalled, they were sold in Walmart stores in Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
