Mark Knight

A key witness has pleaded guilty and avoided prison in the racketeering case against former Knight Oil Tools executive Mark Knight.

The four were indicted on racketeering charges.

Brian Knight was arrested in June of 2014, but after more investigation investigators say it was the alleged conspiracy that led to his arrest.

Mark Knight had bond set at $100,000.

The charges stem from an alleged plot to have Brian Knight of Knight Oil Tools arrested for drug possession.
