The 36th Annual Cracklin Festival is happening this weekend in Port Barre.

The 35th annual celebration of all things related to the south Louisiana staple will feature a cookoff, pageants, a parade, rides and games, food and drink, and of course, great live music.

There will also be rides and food to purchase along with beverages.

The 2019 Port Barre Cracklin Festival is set for this weekend at Veterans Memorial Park.
